Access to TESS is strictly limited to legislative staff, attorneys working on Epstein-related matters, and credentialed journalists. You must use your institutional (i.e. organization-affiliated) email address when requesting access to TESS, not a Gmail, Yahoo, or other freemail address. Requests are reviewed by hand. Approved users receive login credentials by email.
